LKQ Academy, the country’s leading automotive training provider, and T10 Automotive have announced a new five‑year strategic partnership designed to strengthen technical training, professional development and long‑term skills growth across the UK automotive aftermarket. This comes as six in 10 (61%) current roles in the automotive industry are expected to require new skills by 2035¹.

The renewed agreement builds on a successful existing relationship between the two organisations, combining LKQ Academy’s industry‑leading training platform with T10 Automotive’s hands‑on expertise in garage operations, diagnostics and workforce development. 

Working side by side, they will deliver a comprehensive programme of more than 33 courses, workshops, and digital learning pathways tailored to the evolving needs of independent garages and technicians.

Under the new partnership, T10 Automotive will complement LKQ Academy’s established network of expert trainers and country-wide locations, to deliver high‑quality, in‑person and virtual training. Together the businesses will expand into new curriculum areas, emerging technologies, and support the growing demand for structured people‑development strategies within the sector.
