David Hughes joined LKQ UK & Ireland in 2021 as Head of Legal, bringing extensive experience from a career spanning 30 years in the legal profession. 

Since joining LKQ, David has led the legal function across the UK & Ireland business, supporting colleagues and leadership teams with legal advice and guidance across the organisation. He was appointed Legal Director of LKQ UK & Ireland, where he continues to provide strategic legal support and help the business navigate its legal, regulatory and commercial responsibilities.

My aim is to provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance that helps our people make confident decisions, while protecting the interests of the business and supporting our continued growth.
