Prior to joining LKQ UK and Ireland as Group HR Director in July 2020, Donna built significant HR experience at established companies such as TUI UK, Amazon and Premier Foods – developing and implementing HR and people strategies and supporting the success of strategic business goals. At LKQ UK and Ireland, Donna helps the business drive change in an industry that is undergoing unprecedented transformation, ensuring all colleagues are included and supported throughout this also. Donna is leading initiatives that focus on bringing in young talent into the automotive industry and encouraging inclusion throughout the business that better reflects the drivers it serves today, tomorrow and in the future.
