Kate Dodd is HR Director for LKQ UK and Ireland. A people leader with vast experience in the automotive sector, Kate joined LKQ in 2011 and has held a variety of senior roles in the business. 

Most recently she was HR BP and Transformation Lead for LKQ Europe, working closely with the European Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver strategic people initiatives. She played a key role in driving the European transformation agenda, including driving organisational change and embedding people strategies that enable business growth and organisational alignment.

Prior to that, Kate was a Senior HR BP in the UK&I, partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive business performance and people strategy across the branch network. 

Her achievements included launching the first national Leadership Development Programme and leading a team of HR Business Partners supporting the continued expansion and growth of the business.
