Nicola Hamilton joined LKQ in February 2026 as Director of Communications, UK and Ireland. A former ITV and C4 News journalist, Nicola has over two decades of communications leadership experience across a range of regulated and non-regulated businesses. Her most recent role was UK Communications Director at ENGIE, where she set up the communications function and built the brand internally and externally. Prior to this, Nicola was a senior leader at the National Energy System Operator, where she led the strategic communications function and oversaw the organisation’s rebrand from ESO to NESO. 

Here at LKQ we have an amazing story to share. We’ve got the biggest branch network in the car parts industry, along with the broadest range of products and the best people helping our customers. My job is to ensure we clearly articulate that narrative and build our brand with internal and external audiences.
